Mustang Teno -gasgrill

Mustang Teno gas smoker is very efficient and has a large smoking surface area. The smoker has two cast iron burners of 2.93 kW each, totaling 5.86 kW, which guarantees even heat and smoke production in the smoker. The smoker has 6 chrome-plated smoking grids of 56 x 36 cm each. In addition to the grids, there are hanging hooks on the smoker's ceiling, allowing for whole fish to hang inside the smoker. Below the grids, there is an enameled liquid/grease tray, and the smoking chips are placed in an enameled chip box. The chip box and burner are in their own compartment, which can be opened during smoking without the temperature dropping in the actual smoking chamber. If needed, the smoker is easy to move with its sturdy carrying handles. The damper in the smoke pipe can be used to adjust the amount of smoke in the smoker, and the thermometer can be used to check the temperature inside the smoker.
